Service Desk Architecture

The Service Desk pilot is a dependency-free Node domain module. src/ticket.js contains the state transitions and SLA rule; test/ticket.test.mjs uses Node's built-in test runner. CASAN governance is supplied only by packages/casan-harness, selected through CASAN_DOMAIN_ROOT; no harness gate is copied or modified for this project.
