This is a new folder created from the stable CASAN4 baseline, with selected improvements from AINative_OKR_Claude_GHCP and regression fixes applied.

Verification

cd AINative_OKR_CASAN5
bash .specify/tests/run-casan4-harness-tests.sh

Expected result: all PASS.

Score

• CASAN4 previous score: 87.1 / 100.
• Refined score: 88.7 / 100.
• Level: CASAN Level 4 achieved; Level 5 demonstrated locally with stronger evidence.

Key Added Evidence

• H4 jailbreak block.
• H4 private key block.
• H2 cache hit still records CASAN traces.
• H2 tool-call audit log.
• Level 5 self-enforcement protocols.
• PowerShell harness path included for Windows review, but Bash is the verified path in this package.
